This form is for RE-ENROLLMENT of past ADULT or Elite HS members only, not for NEW Members.

All ex-members are automatically grand-fathered at your old rate if we do not have to call/email/or text you to urge you to pay your dues. The honor system. However, if you must be contacted to pay your dues, you may be subjected to the then prevailing rate! :-) Feel free visit www.oc-grappling.org/how-to-make-a-payment if you have any questions about payment. Venmo & Zelle are our preferred payment methods.
